Kevo and Kevo Plus are awesome! And available in Canada!

Saw it at the store for half the price of when I first bought it a year ago. still not worth the money.

Current version crashes at login, and eats the battery quickly at 20% of the last 24h only in the background.

Wonderful concept but lots of issues still. - the app is slowwww. I tap lock / unlock, literally nothing happens besides it becoming unresponsive, then 10 seconds later the lock will activate. - the app often reports the door is locked when its not. Huge huge security risk there so this is what gets the bulk of the 1 star really. - I wouldnt consider myself cheap but I think being charged for ekeys after spending nearly 200 bucks is a bad move, especially considering the app doesnt work right. If anything Id rather additional ekeys be padded into the device cost so I dont feel like Im getting a screwed after the fact. At least include enough "free" ones for an average sized family. Very cool concept and hopefully these issues get resolved in the future.

It seems I cannot update my app. It stays in waiting mode, so I am back to using my key :(

Kwikset, read these negative reviews and DO SOMETHING! Youve had plenty of time to fix these issues. It was nice when the app communicated directly with Kevo, but having to stand in front of my door with my hands full of groceries hoping my wifi will eventually connect and unlock the door is stupid. My wireless router is 20 feet on the other side of the door, yet could take 2-3 minutes before connecting, if at all. Give us some options in the app to connect directly with the lock and bypass the wifi option.

I cant recommend Kevo Lock, App or the Kevo Plus antenna! It doesnt always work, becoming frustrating. This is a kind of technology that must work well or you might as well use a key! Very disappointed!

Have had this since December. It just keeps getting worse and Kevo support doesnt help and no longer responds. This app crashes every time you open preferences. You cant turn off "works with Nest". So you are stuck being annoyed by Kevo asking if youd like to turn or or off the thermostat. Which is worthless btw. Just figure it out I entered or left my place STOP ASKING! this part isnt Kevos part but more Nest. Regardless the app is so finicky and its not because I dont have it calibrated correctly. Just avoid this app and product until you see ratings get better.

Im writing this as Im locked out from my office, my fault for trusting kevo would work again, I shouldve known better by now. Seriously dont buy this unless you want a world of headache. Stick to lock and key or a key card. This is extremely buggy and rarely works. Have used it for 6 months and its worked about half of the time. Bad product.

I honestly love the convienience about it and the coolness about it. Its so easy and makes my life easier when it rains you dont have to worry about finding you key just touch and enter easy as that lol.

This thing literally saves me tons of time. I mean it really counts when you are standing at the door with grocery bags or your childrens school or T-Ball items from your truck. You otherwise would have to put everything down and fumble around for a minute..LOVE Kevo!

My brother just bought this. Sent me an email, downloaded the app, created an account. Walked up to the door pressed on the key hole ring. Door unlocked. Cool

Well I can honestly say that after 2 years, I have never had a problem getting the door locked. I will also say its 50/50 locking the door with my phone in the pocket. I often have to take my phone out and hold it to the lock. But, what is more disappointing to me is lack of features in Kevo Plus. How could there not be rules, ifttt, or other functions to make my life easier. Kevo idea is great, but in order to do anything I need to interact with Kevo app. Doesnt make my life as easy as it could be.

The app is not updating on time! I have to close and open it in order for it to update?!! *when door is locked or unlocked with hard key it will not be in the history?!! We need to know it the door has been unlocked with key, specially if we are not using the key then we know someone broke in! Please fix your app and make it reliable Thanks

Installation was easy. Works exactly as I had hoped it would. I havent gotten the upgrade to lock it off site/give out more electronic keys, but I will in the future.

Just installed it. Loving it so far. Easy install and intuitive programming. Will buy for all my homes

As soon as I enter my username and password, hit login the app crashes on my iphone 6. I see my kevo lock lights randomly turning itself on or off without anyone touching it. Definitely not ready for prime time or for main house entrances.

App crashes so much that Ive been locked out of my house numerous times..... Wish I hadnt wasted my money on the locks.

We have had the lock and have been using the app for about a year now. It worked semi ok for most of the time, but recently it started malfunctioning pretty much every time we attempt to unlock the door. The app and the lock still have a way to go. It is very frustrating when you get locked out of your home.

Works great! Impresses everyone that I bring in my room...and keeps the roommates out!
