It doesnt update on time

The app is not updating on time! I have to close and open it in order for it to update?!!
*when door is locked or unlocked with hard key it will not be in the history?!! We need to know it the door has been unlocked with key, specially if we are not using the key then we know someone broke in!
Please fix your app and make it reliable
