Other smart locks dont charge for keys. Very anti-customer policy. Im defecting to August.

Im sick of the CONSTANT error messages. Every time you open the app you have to click through a series of error messages. Yes, Kevo. Sometimes Im further than Bluetooth range away from my door. Thank you for reminding me.

Also, the lock is ugly. Terrible device. Feels utterly unsupported, like the app is falling behind.
