App does not work properly

Horrible!! This app does not work properly! I have been trying to activate the key and keep
Getting an error message. I have tried re-downloading the app and re-accepting the key as admin, but it does not work. There are some serious flaws and defect I. The app! And I found the lock unlocked when I came home!! What a waste of money this was!
