Terrible do not buy

When I first got it it was all great and working perfectly fine but after about four months every time I wanted to unlock the door it would say that the Internet connection would be bad and it would not work at all. I would have to delete the app and then re-download it for it to work which takes about 20 minutes so Im standing outside my door for 20 minutes.I know for a fact the Internet connection is perfectly fine because when I look up it says full bars of Wi-Fi. Dont buy completely useless and doesnt work
